This 2019 Forest River Sabre 31IKT is a home on wheels! With the residential refrigerator, washer/dyer hookups, electric fireplace, and ducted heating and AC, you will feel right at home anywhere! Was purchased in March of 2020 and used for approximately 6 months as temporary housing while I was doing consulting work. After taking a full-time job, I no longer need an RV this size, but it made an awesome home on the road.

This unit has plenty of storage, closet space, and counter space. The kitchen island is perfect for preparing gourmet meals, and did I mention the residential fridge! The shower in the bathroom is great for anyone over 6ft. tall, along with a porcelain toilet, this unit is perfect for larger individuals like myself! The only downside to this unit is that it was purchased in the Pacific Northwest therefore it only has one rooftop AC unit. There is a roof vent in the bedroom that is pre-wired for another unit and it would be highly recommended for summer trips anywhere in the South. I spent the summer of 2020 in Iowa and the single unit was able to keep up without an issue though.

This unit is designed for an RV King with an adjustable head, however, I'm not a fan of RV mattresses so I placed a queen bed in the unit. I did trim the base up to better fit the residential mattress, but it can easily be converted back to an RV King.

I am also willing to include the 5th wheel stand along with the 5th wheel hitch. My lender has the unit booked at $55,500. All offers will be considered and reasonable delivery may be considered.
