Single owner, purchased new, 1 previous cross country trip from CA to PA and back. At the beginning of November, I drove it to Vancouver WA, it's current location.  It performed quite well on the trip, including the challenging Gorman and Shasta passes on I-15. Otherwise, mostly used for regional backpack and fishing base camp.  7.5 Litre V8. Very low mileage, recently smog checked, runs good. All 7 tires are good. Large overhead area sleeps two. Dinette converts to sleep two.  Rear bed area sleeps two. This is an excellent buy as a winter repair project for someone with light electrical, plumbing and construction abilities. The coach needs repairs, though the interior walls and furniture are in good condition. Watertight single membrane rubber roof, redesign and repair of nosecone has been performed, moving original overhead window seam to underside of overhead, eliminating former leak potential. Recommend replacement of cab AM/FM cassette player, roof AC, refrig, water heater and microwave.  Fold out entry step needs repaired or replaced. 3500 kwh Onan generator will need a carburetor rebuild. Furnace needs thermostat replaced. The two well stainless steel kitchen sink needs reattached to the underside of sink board. The rear bath will need gutted and new fixtures installed. Bathroom flooring will need repaired as well. Some PVC
plumbing repair in rear also. Side walls need sealed.  Hitch classification is Class II.  Vehicle towing limited to 3500 pounds. At 61,300 miles, the  reduced asking price of $7590 is a fair price..
