We have lived in this full time since we sold our house. We have purchased another house, and I do not like the idea of storing an RV unused, so we are selling a fairly new RV. We researched the purchase carefully, and went for Grand Design after comparing with the competition, and the 310GK because we wanted the smallest RV that we felt we could live full time in. It has been great, and the on-line Grand Design community is soooo helpful. We have upgraded it with the following: King Size Sleep Number Bed (dual firmness controls), Samsung 4K TV in living area, Inverter, Brand New Recpro recliners and sleeper, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Back Up Camera, Residential Kitchen Faucet, Upgraded Toilet with "Bidet" and Keyless Door Lock. Plus I have accessories like a heavy duty shore line extension, RV bike rack and Anderson Leveler kit. The standard feature of this model include a four door 18 cubic foot fridge, panty, LED lights, two TVs, two awnings, two propane tanks, central vacuum, convection oven/microwave, built in gas oven, stove top (four burners), space for washer/dryer and dishwasher (not included).We currently have a wonderful spot in Valencia Travel Village which is near Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA. Some buyers of RVs are able to leave the RV in the spot and move right in. This, of course, is up to the management at the park.That beautiful truck is also for sale.
