This RV was used only a couple of times annually by a family of four. After the owner lost a portion of his leg due to an illness, its been in storage at our facility in Fremont, CA. (SF Bay Area). He's asked us to help him sell it since he's unable to use it. He's also a friend of ours. We (SF Bay Area Private RVs) are NOT a Ca RV dealer, we are an RV rental and RV storage business. If interested, we'll facilitate making it available for inspection but payments will be made directly to the owner.

All appliances including A/C have been thoroughly inspected and fully serviced by an RV technician. Roof was recently inspected and re-sealed where necessary. Recent buff/wax. Brand new set of batteries! This RV is ready to hook up and head straight for a campsite!!
