Great condition! We bought this 5th wheel nearly new. And since then, we have only used it for two weekend trips and an occasional guest at our property. We added a $4000 Go Power 480 watt solar system with 6 back up batteries, 3000 sine wave inverter and transfer switch. You can take this one off grid!! We just replaced all 5 tires and the toilet. It does need a new awning and part of the belly pan needs to be replaced, but its a great RV for this price!! Registration current through July 2022.
