I am listing this for my parents as they are hanging up the camping thing. They are the 2nd owner of this unit. It was purchased from a dealer as a trade-in in November 2011. The original carpet floor was upgraded a few years ago to hardwood floors. The two swivel chairs were replaced a few years ago. All lighting was upgraded to LED lighting also. It is in remarkable condition for a 2005. It appeared to be kept covered when they purchased it and it has been covered ever since. It usually gets used about 3 to 4 times a year. It has been routinely washed and waxed consistently also. When you pull the awning out there are no stains. The roof has gotten resealed every three years and the last time was in 2020. There have never been any roof leaks either. I just installed a new kitchen faucet last year. Contact me with any questions to arrange a phone call or visit.
