In November of 2017 we walked in to an RV dealership and purchased a gently used 2018 RV with added $2,395 Permaplate protection coating, an extra $5,599 Repair Care warranty – 5yr/60,000 mile with 19,166 miles already on it. We completely fell in love with the floorplan and all windows across one side of it. The social layout is awesome with the couch being directly across from kitchen table booth (which can convert to small bed/couch). The 2 door entry bathroom is also awesome with privacy for back bedroom and for guests. So much storage space and so many closets!!! After that, we bought some minor upgrades for it such as new bathroom faucet, skylight hatches, a new P2 trailer brake system. In 4 years we have only put 9,000 miles on it. Current odometer reading is: 28,969. We recently put all new tires on it in 2020 and have hardly driven it since. The roof is in great condition and never had any leaks. Everything on the RV works great and we made a great purchase. The reason we are selling it now is that we bought a Ford F150 and decided pulling a smaller travel trailer would work better for our kind of adventures. We had grand dreams of traveling in large RV with the whole family but that never seemed to happen. It’s just too much rig and space for only the two of us. We heard the RV market is good right now and we are going to see if it sells so we can pay off our loan. If it doesn’t sell for what we want then we will just keep it forever. :) Other details: the RV has always been stored right beside our house in the shade. We have regularly had the onboard 4000W Onan generator serviced and it has given us zero problems. The A/C is strong!!! We still have all the brochures for every single appliance/item and both set of keys for the Ford E450 with alarm. Again, we are non-smokers and it looks and smells like new and has very little mileage. Contact us if you are really interested in buying a newer and spacious luxury RV.
