This is an absolutely beautiful unit in pristine condition. Less than thirty feet in length, but seems much larger because of large main living area slide out and vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan. Sofa converts into two comfortable recliners. Solid wood table with four chairs. Microwave/convection oven. The bedroom has a queen bed with very comfortable mattress and under bed storage. Bedroom slide out is a large closet. Two fantastic fans with remote control. Two skylights. The bathroom has two entries—from bedroom or hallway. This beautiful fifth wheel has so many details that make it so comfortable. Every little space is utilized for extra storage or closet space. Very large pantry in the kitchen, a special canned foods rack, slide out coat rack, etc., etc., etc! There is even a central vacuum system! Inside/outside sound system. Smart TV and video. Also will include Thomas Payne queen size air mattress which inflates and deflates in less than five minutes. This mattress is specially designed to fit over the sofa.
Outside is perfect. No scratches or scrapes. Electric awning, power front and rear leveling. Two large outside storage compartments. Will include Anderson Hitch, which makes hitch up a breeze.
Really must see to appreciate. As nice as a new RV but for much less.
