*SALE PENDING* We have our 2014 Nitro XLR for sale. The model is 30FQS. We have owned this unit since 2016 and have taken many trips in it between south Florida and Tennessee. It has a 10ft garage that easily fits our golf cart. The power awning is in good condition. Everything works as it should. All interior lights have been replaced with LED bulbs. AC and heat both work great. Tires are three years old and are covered when in the sun. We had a blowout on the slide out side a few years ago. The fender was damaged by the tire. I have a new fender but never installed it. The upper cabinets above the bed have some slight water damage from a leak in the roof. The roof has been repaired and the cabinets are structurally sound. We still have the cabinet doors from over the bed and they are not damaged. Also included is an EAZ Lift weight distribution hitch with sway control. Feel free to ask any questions.
