Selling our beautiful 2004 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Coach. 2nd owner. Very well taken care of. Our needs have changed and we are switching to a fifth wheel. It has always been kept inside a pole barn, has never been lived in and is very finely appointed. The cabinets are solid maple. The carpet is commercial with no stains and a soft sage green. We have had many good trips in this coach. It is like an apartment with all the room from the opposing slide outs; two in the kitchen/dining and lounging are, and one in the bedroom. The shower works for tall people with a skylight. It has a washer/dryer combination in the kitchen. The counters are solid.

(watch TV in front of you) Chair by ext door replaced with simulated Fireplace/Heater. Very Nice on rainy day. Lighted Storage. Will throw in tow hitch and brake buddy.
