Large semi-private bedroom with its own dedicated door to the outside. Queen sized bed with nightstands on both sides allows you to walk around the bed. No rolling over each other to get out of bed and no crawling over the bed to make it in the morning! The large window over the bed lets you look at the stars at night and the trees in the morning! Living area has two super comfortable leather “Captain’s” chairs with a table in between that directly face the television so you can watch TV in comfort with your favorite beverage! Dining table sits up in the slide out with windows all around and can be converted into a bed for the kids. Multiple windows throughout the rig and three roof fans bring in light and the fresh breeze. A 20’ X 10’ automated awning provides plenty of shade for those lazy days outside and the rope lights at the edge make for lovely evenings. There is also a three zone entertainment system so you can control the music volume in the living area, bedroom and outside individually. Complete service performed 9/22/21 and all systems are in perfect working order. Price includes a Portfolio Extended Warranty that expires in March 2026 (cost = $2700); complete sway bar hitch package; custom cover for front window; a Camco Olympian Stainless Steel Portable Gas Grill; lightweight outdoor ground cover and numerous other necessities for glamping!
