We are the second owners of this 2017 Hood River Edition 179 R-pod. The first owners had it for one year and we have had it for 4 years. They used it 6 times and we have used it 10 times over the past 4 years. We have done yearly maintenance on the refrigerator, hot water heater, furnace, A/C, brakes, wheel bearings and slide out. It has a two-burner stove top, a microwave/convection oven, and a shower/ toilet. There is a TV and a Jensen CD, DVD, radio with two inside speakers and two outside speakers. We cover the R-pod during the late fall, winter, and early spring months. The queen mattress has been upgraded and we added a propane tank and another battery for two 20 lbs. propane tanks and two 12V Deep Cycle Marine batteries. We have never run out of propane or battery power on any of our trips. We also added an awning for the slide out. We will include a new cover for the R-pod and a Fastway E2 trunnion weight distribution hitch. This R-pod have been given a lot of TLC.
