We camp at least once a month but bought this thinking our teenage son would want to camp with mom and dad so we will be downsizing. It sleeps 6 with fold out sofa, dining table, and Queen bed with upgraded new mattress. Lots of storage inside and underneath with an outside kitchen (sink, stove, fridge, and storage) and shower. Large fridge and shower makes this prefect for long trips. Has both laminate and carpet flooring which both are in excellent condition. The AC and heat work great and so do most windows, one small one near the couch is hard to open. It has been well taken care of with normal wear on dining seating edges (minor) and some sun fading on front. Rear jacks were taken off because they were bent from going over a RR track but underneath is in good condition, no rips in undercarriage.With it being an Ultra Lite, it is very easy to tow and if interested, we could included what we have stocked inside; pots, pans, dishes, linens.
