Roomy, clean RV, with comfortable room for living, and lots of room for your toys! There is lots of storage inside and out. There is room to walk around the queen size bed, there's a full tub with a shower, a flat-screen color tv (places to hook up 2 more), has a cushioned couch with 2 comfortable recliners, a radio with speakers inside & out, great kitchen with gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and did I mention storage? The 12' 6" garage has a door to the living area, a door outside with a step and the fold down door becomes a deck with fencing all around and steps. Inside the garage there is room to put a small washing machine & dryer. The top bunk bed lifts up with the touch of a button and the bottom bed folds up to become padded benches. There's a portable table so this becomes a dining or game area. It uses 50 amps and has 2 air conditioners and heating, has a dual axel, and automatic leveling. We upgraded all the tires to 12+ ply. We've had this serviced with preventative maintenance yearly since we got it. This is a great RV for traveling or temporary living. It's very comfortable and has everything you need. It's in excellent, like new condition. We've never taken our pets in it and we don't smoke.
