This is a great RV for a family with 1.5 bathrooms. This RV has the extreme weather package for year-round camping/living. The roof is less than 4 years old. I have installed a "Reese 20k" goose box for very smooth towing, this is the best goose neck hitch on the market. This RV has 2, 45-gallon grey tanks and 2, 45-gallon black tanks with a 105-gallon fresh tank for long-term, off-the-grid camping. The kitchen has a large pantry with lots of cabinet storage. The master has a huge closet with lots of extra cabinet space and nightstands on each side of the bed with plugs. A new mattress in the master has had a cover on it from day one. Comes with 1 new recliner and the slide has room for several more or remove it to put in a couch. This RV has triple axles & pulls like a dream. It has 7 new, 14 ply tires at a cost of over 2k. This RV has 2 completely new electric jacks and 2 spare jack motors. The Onan generator only has 115 hours on it and is very quiet. The toy hauler has a capacity of 7286 lbs and has 2 queen bunk beds and a half bath. One bed converts to 2 bench seats for group dining or game nights! I have installed a second deep cycle battery for a backup. The RV has a 20-gallon onboard fuel station with a fuel pump for your toys. The generator runs off of this fuel tank as well. There are 3 slideouts with slide awnings. Plus a 20' electric awning. One little spot of body damage on the outside, about 3" and is hardly noticeable.I will deliver anywhere east of the Rockies for $1000.00. I am open to trading for a newer 25/28 foot bumper pull toy hauler.
