Rebuilt Aliner Trailer in 2021 designed for off grid living. This 2006 trailer is in excellent condition but with the addition of 440 Watts of solar power (the maximum you can fit on this trailer). An internal 4000 Watt inverter and two 100 Amp hour 12V gel batteries generate enough 120V and 12V power to live off the grid. During the day the panels produce enough 120V power to power a refrigerator, microwave, and provide charging for computers. At night, 200 amp hours of battery storage can keep appliances running and computers charged. In addition to 120V AC inverter, the trailer has 12V DC power for charging appliances, internal DC lights, 2 USB ports, a 12V car adapter plug , and a $400 cellphone 10X signal booster for remote internet access via a cellphone connection. The trailer is wired to also work off 120V shore power; a flip of a switch changes power supply from 120 solar power inverter to 120V shore power. Multiplle AC sockest permits you to plug in any 120V appliance. Although not included there is space to install an air conditioner that can run from shore power. Also with upgraded propane system you can install a propane heater if desired.

With their aluminum construction and proven history A-liners maintain their value. A new A-liner Expedition costs about $17,000 to $22,000. But none come with solar power so you are tied to RV parks or campsites that have AC power outlets on site. Your microwave or refrigerator won't work without a shore power in a factory aliner. With this solar rebuild of an aliner expedition you can have full power on even the most primitive of campgrounds.
