Bought new in March 2021, took on one cross country trip to film a movie and now selling. Still has most of the new stickers on it, we always stayed at RV parks with full hookups, never used the Onan generator or the Solar system.

Has additional 3rd AC heat pump unit, Cooper tires and the axels. Never had toys in it as we used the garage as an office. Has the dinette and loveseat setup. If you know the 397, it's got all the standard options and upgrades. It's in amazing condition and ready to roll.
