It is kept in a shed during the winter months. 2 tv's - 1 with DVD player; tires are in great shape; no smoking or pets were inside; good roof - no leaks; electric awning & power step; microwave/convection oven - 2 burner stove; 6 cubic foot refrigerator; generator; AC/Heat; backup camera; outside shower. Very well taken care of.
