For sale is my 2014 Forest River. I purchased this RV in May, and have been fighting with my HOA ever since. Bottom line, I don't want to pay for storage every month and I can't keep it at my house, so I need to sell it.The RV is in fantastic condition. PO had all the seats reupholstered.I replaced all the mattresses except the drop down bunk (funky size I cannot find a replacement, but it's not necessary IMO.) I also ordered a new sofa in May, and it is supposed to ship in October. It was $1700 and will be included in the sale.There are zero issues with this RV mechanically, but there are a couple cosmetic faults. The entry door was pried open at one point, does not effect functionality. There's a few spots inside the RV where the PO had glued a picture to the wall, and the wallpaper tore off. I just put a couple paintings over those spots. I removed the doors on the bunk beds because they rattled while driving, wouldn't latch and just got in the way. There is still a curtain for the bunk beds.One other note, I have all the audio/ visual equipment, but I never hooked it up because we don't watch TV. Especially when we're trying to escape things like TV. But, I did test the TVs, they all work.I changed the oil in both the motor and generator in June. All maintenance done. Tires are in great condition. Awnings are in great condition. Battery cut off switches are installed so you don't have dead batteries after leaving it for a while. Wifi booster installed. TPMS monitor installed.I spent thousands of dollars getting this RV to my liking.This RV is a great deal, but seeing as though my HOA is breathing down my neck I need it to go FAST. Open to offers, just please don't low ball me. It was really difficult to find a Cummins powered bunk floor plan with the drop down bunk. I'm sad to see this go, but life happens.
