When we purchased it, it was our plan to retire and to be snowbirds someday (perfect for the snowbirds), of course life changes Unit in great mechanical condition. I have done all repairs and maintenance except the pin-box (hired a certified welder for that job). Metal for pin-box was upgraded so it will never fail again, done 3 1/2 years ago.I upgraded the back bumper to be 4", either 3/16" or 1/4" steel (I can't remember which), enough to hold several bicycles. Camper has been from Iowa to Cape Code, Grand Canyon, Smokie Mountains and multiple trips into Colorado."Pulls great with a 3/4 ton. Kept clean inside and out. Sliding 5th wheel with brackets come with unit. (Very handy if you have a short box) SuperGlide PullRite model 2700 that is 3 1/2 years old.Front living room has been redesigned on both slide-out floors to be longer. We removed the uncomfortable foldout couches and replaced with comfortable recliners . Also comes with a portable floor AC unit, we use it when we are dry camping. The main AC unit works great also. I added a special extension cord that is half in the camper and other half inside the 5th wheel that plugs into a generator (if you have one).The kitchen has plenty of storage, and all appliances are in excellent working order. Microwave, three burner stove with oven, and refrigerator/freezer. Kitchen table has four chairs, each with under seat storage, all in excellent condition.I made a special holder to haul a portable sewer tank that is bolted on and it also fits my double dog fence (dog fencing included if desired).Tires have been upgraded 3 years ago to a 14 ply, excellent shape and great tread.Roof does not leak and has no weak spots. It has been patched here and there. (I always walk the roof upon arrival and departing campgrounds) 2 TVs and 1 DVD player are included. In the main entertainment center in the living room there is another DVD player with stereo system. Outside is in very good shape (not new or great) have a few scrapes here and there but nothing major at all.All hook-up utensils included. Delivery can be negotiated within reason. Cash sale only.
