My daughter and I took a roundtrip, cross-country journey in it and it was the perfect road trip vehicle! Includes upgraded Sumo Springs Suspension, upgraded polar insulation package, aluminum wheels and ProAir 12v AC. Just a few of the reasons I chose this floor plan.> The twin beds were perfect for father/daughter travel. Though the bed area can easily be set up for closer snuggles if desired! > The "garage" storage under the bed area is awesome. We were able to bring everything we needed - and then some! > We didn't need additional passenger seats (if you do, this is not the van for you). > The desk area up front was perfect for the times I needed to hop on a zoom call. (My daughter could hang out in the back or outside). > The fridge is huge. could hold more than enough food for us to easily go a week between grocery stops. > The Mercedes chassis is fantastic. Adaptive Cruise Control was a must have for me and I was definitely glad to have crosswind assist a few times. There's a lot more but those are just a few of the reasons I chose this one. Known issues. Here is a list of all of the issues I know about. Trying to be as transparent as possible. Note that most of these are shown in the "issues" video posted on Youtube https://youtu.be/xqmP0UgUJq0 > Small chips in the running board > Missing tablet for Inverter controls> "Star" in windshield (has been filled)> Key fob needs to be placed in the slot about half the time on cold startups> Missing dish drainer for sink. > Trash drawer below sink is slightly misaligned. > Awning needs to be replaced. > Speakers in back are slightly scratchy sounding> My fix for a really bad squeak in the back is less than perfect > Cover for the water fill area is missing a little piece so it's looseI think that's it. This is available now as is - you would replace the awning. The estimate I got is $2750. Price is somewhat negotiable if you want it now, as is. Otherwise, it will be 4 - 6 weeks to get the awning repaired and price will be what's listed.
