We acquired this RV 3 years ago. It was purchase from Davis Motor Homes Memphis Tn. This is the 2nd RV we have owned. This appealed to us for the large living area. I am unsure as to the exact mileage on this unit. It did not appear to have been used a great deal. I have kept the RV stored at Pickwick Lake the entire time we have owned. Its only miles have been from Olive Branch Ms. to Pickwick twice per year. It travels 1 mile to the camping area from storage around 6-8 times per year. Pickwick is where I fish during the warm months. The RV is easy to pull with a Ford F150 5.0. Included with RV will be a TV, Direct TV box, and a Wingard satellite seeking dish and year old grill. One would need to connect with Direct TV to activate the setup. The RV has year old carpet, year old awning. The hitch setup will also be included. The proper receiver will be needed. This RV is in excellent condition. It is very clean and has been maintained by Lakeshore RV which happens to be where it has been stored. I am meticulous about my stuff and any prospects will not be disappointed. I will be glad to spend the time with anyone who is new to the RV world with regard to the things you need to be familiar with while operating an RV .
