After many years of enjoyment, we are selling our beloved Road Warrior. We lived in this rv full time as we made our way from Georgia to California over the span of almost four years. Over this time I have personally maintained and upgrade our home. Everything works and has been well maintained. Rear toy hauler door can also turn into a patio equiped with railings.Upgrades include: -Painted all walls and cabinets with Zinsser BIN shellac based primer before top coat. -Custom zebra style blinds installed in living room and bedroom. -Window frames painted with enamel based paint to match blinds.-Slide carpets replaced with custom fitted rugs.-Brooks Meadow Oak vinyl flooring with underlayment-1/2" shoe trim floor molding-Ponderosa pine slide out and door trim. Previously inhabited by pine kill beetles that give it the purple/grey tones along with the holes. Pine has been kiln dried and free of insects. -Custom designed, "floating" light fixture above the kitchen sink featuring flush mounted LEDs; along with color changing accent lighting via remote.-Redwood used for doors and countertops replacements in the bedroom and bathroom. Also used for bathroom mirror frame. -Ipe "Iron wood" stair faces/ stair nose. Also used in threshold of the front door. -Cedar lined in bedroom closet.-Replaced living room slides and kitchen lighting with flush mounted LEDs.-Microwave replaced with higher powered model.-Replaced kitchen sink faucet with retractable wand version. Also added a matching soap dispenser pump.-Installed high quality track and fabric concealing the storage space located in the living room.-Replaced plastic floor vents with metal ones.-Replaced cheap, heavy couches in living room with daybed one side; and an expresso/drink cabinet (espresso machine not included in sale), accent chair, and a stainless steel trashcan on the other. The daybed allows for easy cleaning of linens or changing style. Extra mattress is stored in the office/toy hauler section on top of the overhead, drop down queen bed. -Toy hauler section has been our office and pantry area. Features two desk that span the entire left side, along with matching, stacked cabinets and a wire pantry rack. All furniture comes with the sale of the rv. Unwanted furniture can be disposed of before sale if necessary.Left side of rv had one tire blowout. It damaged the plastic trim and a small area of sheet metal. I never replaced the trim as it was only cosmetic.
