Needs a post-season cleaning, but otherwise in great shape.  All mechanicals work, newish tires and marine battery.  Electric water pump with 5 gal tank and sink.  Two burner stove in galley.  A/C unit could use a charge, I never used it.  Upgraded cabinetry in excellent shape.  Shore power, LED lights, Fantastic fan, and electrical outlets throughout.  Just had a Harbor Freight box custom welded on tongue for added storage, and spare tire post welded to it for added strength.  NADA says $10,400 on low end, even without Harbor Freight box upgrade.  And this unit is not in low end shape.
