Very clean and hard to find 2007 lance 1131/with extra fold down rear queen bed ,completely self contained with 2500 Onan generator only 36.7 hrs runs perfect ,inside cosmetically redone with new wall paper and floor covering also replaced dinette with 2 lightweight comfortable recliners ,Serra mattress,and memory foam topper,power jacks,fantastic fan,extended hitch bar,fast gun tie downs,everything works as it should,kept under cover when not in use,no known problems only selling because we are getting older and bought a small motorhome.I hauled this with a 2011 f 350 no problem .
