Under Book! This is our 2nd Flagstaff in 4 yrs and we are original owner! It was built in 2018 PRE_COVID! No problems at all, and we have another several years on the "Bumper-2-Bumper" extended warranty!Inside there are 2 Heated Queen Mattresses, Couch opens up for child, and sleeps 2 on dinette which folds down, full shower inside, and one outside, Electric/Gas Fridge and water heater, ducted AC/Heat, 3 burner stove, oven, TV, DVD, and entertainment system with 2 Speakers inside & 2 outside. Front deck holds 2 Quads or possible Razr. Also has 20 gallons of onboard fuel Both furnace & ac are larger capacity. If you happen to be camping in the winter, just stay in Main Cabin and sleep on dinette, no need to put both Queen beds down. Kitchen has plenty of storage, 3 burner stove, oven, and fridge both electric or propane as is water heater. Tires hade 60% tread, and full size spare, sway control (Never Used as trailer tow's awesome. Has trailer brakes as well. Capacities are Fresh-35, grey 30, and black 20 gallons, and 20 gallons onboard fuel for your vehicle or toys. Both Slide & full size awning are electric, also has portable stow-able propane grill! We love this but time to upgrade to Class A Motorhome! I drove to New Mexico to buy this & this is a "Rare" find as you wont find Off Road Rig's with this Ground Clearance! Always slept with sleeping bag on both mattresses which are also heated! Unit is also Solar Ready Zamp! Speaking of Solar, as I own a Solar Company I can get you Solar set up @ cost as I am a pretty good dude! If you saw our house or other 2 vehicles, you would see how they are ALWAYS spotless, like my Rig!Also, this Rig has ALWAWS been stored in COVERED Storage! FINANCING AVAILABLE if Needed.
