2019 rarely used. Kept under barn. No issues. Has not been smoked in and no pets. Has been continually hooked to power with AC and Heat to prevent any deterioration. Master bedroom has brand new memory foam mattress. Has had no leaks and no soft spots in floor. 3 slides.
