This is an awesome Class A built on a Ford E-450 Chassis. I purchased from LaMesa RV in Az as a certified vehicle with 9800 miles. I have since added 6300 miles within this year and I am very impressed with this unit! Everything works great and this coach is ready to continue its traveling ventures. The V10 is a strong running motor and is plenty for this coach and will even allow you to tow easily. It had a complete service at time of purchase at 9800 miles and I have done another complete service since. It had a complete set of tires installed at 9800 and I have replaced the awning and awning arms, installed new house batteries, 3 new smart TV's and added an outstanding steering stabilizer. Additionally, have tinkered with her to make her the best she can be. I put so much care into this unit as I was planning to keep for awhile especially because of its condition. However, the wife and I have decided we enjoy the RV life to the degree we are pursuing a Diesel Pusher and plan to spend more time on the road than originally planned. The motorhome market is a sellers market right now and I am just trying to get what I have out of this unit. You will be hard pressed to find this popular 24.1 floor plan in this short Class A and if you do it wont be in this condition.The bedroom and bathroom are very unique. You can set the beds up as two twins, which is awesome, as its easy to get out of bed without crawling over one another or having to crawl off the bed at the foot which is very common in a small motorhome. Or there is a cushion that connects the two twins and makes one king. The bathroom opens up with the entry door configuration that makes the bathroom space VERY large also not found in a smaller unit.The Class A house design gives you much more livable space than a traditional Class C because the cockpit is at the same level as the living space floor. Also, the unit is very easy to use going down the road as everything is accessible. As you will see in the pictures there are many configurations available with the removable tables.43gal fresh water, 33gal grey and black. 30 amp shore power. Great A/C , convection microwave and a 4000 watt generator that has recently been serviced and performs great.This will make someone a very affordable smaller coach that is in great condition.Thanks for looking!!!
