Same hardwood used to add a guardrail and handrail to stairs going up to the loft area.Outdoor kitchen features additional cabinetry, mini fridge, and sink connected to 2nd gray water tank.RV equipped with King Falcon long range WiFi antenna capable of reaching signals up to 1 mile away in any direction, and will include the companion King WiFi Max Router. RV will come with all peripheral equipment including white, gray, and black water hoses, jacks, stands, supports, x-chocks, anti-sway bar, and universal hitch ball. Will also include all the RV care products including fresh water shock, murphy's oil soap, tire shine, etc.

Main overhead Coleman-Mach AC unit does work, but has trouble cooling the large bunkhouse RV in the hot, brutal Florida sun on its own. With the window unit, you can keep it 72-74 degrees inside of the rv when it's around 90 outside.
