2004 Class C Dutchman 31' RV located in Edwardsville IL. 6 new tires installed in October. Engine runs well. Includes 4.0 Onan gas generator which runs well. Fully loaded from factory. The unit has been in outside storage for several years and needs a good cleaning both inside and out. It did have a leak in the roof which caused some damage to the ceiling inside and there is a smell of mold. But it does have great potential for someone willing to invest a little time and effort. Overall the interior is in good shape as is the outside. Our family suffered a major medical issue last year and will not be able to use the RV in future. The price is very negotiable and we are very highly motivated to sell.
