**PRICED TO SELL** Like-new condition two-owner Class C RV! This highly desirable 24LP configuration with full wall slide-out is absolutely perfect for traveling the country with a family or group (or as a couple!); we have added approximately 10,000 miles during our ownership and traveled to 20 states with our 3 young children. Plenty of room for everyone and just the right size where you can pretty much "go anywhere" without the need for a toad. We have driven it through big cities like NYC, Chicago, and Las Vegas and it has also seen the mountains of Wyoming and Montana, the deserts of Arizona and New Mexico, and pretty much everything in between! The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis and engine is rock solid and the RV has never given us a moment's trouble. The interior is in fantastic condition - my wife is a bit of a "neat freak" so everything is super clean and damage-free. Now for the fun stuff - the RV is satellite-equipped (Dish, but can be converted to DirecTV) and has two TVs, one for the main cabin and one for the rear bed. The banquette seat cushions have been upgraded with high density foam and the suspension is also upgraded, making the ride more steady when an 18-wheeler flies by in the opposite direction! Perhaps the best and most underrated upgrade is the custom-built housing underneath the RV for the sewage hose; you simply slide it in and out for each use and don't have to worry about messy garbage bags, etc. This RV also comes with EVERYTHING you'll need to get started if you're "new to the game" - all the electric cables, extensions, and adapters you'll need, a fresh water hose, a cleaning hose, the aforementioned sewage hose, septic tablets, (good quality!) RV toilet paper, and more. In terms of flaws or imperfections, there really aren't many - we had a rock chip professionally repaired by Safelite (but you can still see it) and there are some scratches and chips up front but hardly noticeable and again minimal interior wear (there is a small "rub spot" from where the TV sometimes bangs against the king mattress over cab). This is going to make another couple or family very happy seeing America; there's an inverter so the TV works while driving and our kids would hang out in the back playing their video games or watching movies for literally days on end. Sad to see our baby go, but we're renovating our house and time to shift our focus!
