Bought new in 2018 from Camping World. It has been used eight times since then. Had some great times but kids are too busy to go now. 17foot camper (21ft tongue length). Full size bed in front, dining table converts to bed, single over double bunk in rear. Has bathroom with shower. Furnace/hot water heater/air conditioner, fridge, stove,microwave,radio, sink. Tons of storage compartments. Clean little camper. Exterior is without any damage. Rubber roof has no damage. There was a leak around the air conditioner. I repaired with silicone. Has been parked under cover for last year 1.5 years. NADA high retail price is $18,560 , Average Retail is $14,070. We are asking $12,400. Camper is pretty close to perfect but if you want “perfect” go spend $18,000 or buy a new one.
