This trailer is excellent condition. it has been used very little and it shows. The moment you walk in, you will see its near perfect condition. Everything works like new. Price includes two years left on purchased warranty. You will not see one for this price in this condition. It had very little use from the previous owner. We bought this in Nov 2019 for my niece to live in when she returned home from college and needed time to find a job and a place to live. (Don't want roommates)It has been kept on our property, on an RV pad. It has not been moved since it was placed here in 2019.
