5th wheeler is clean and in good condition. The slide outs work well, but unsure of the awning. The ac works well and so do the plumbing and sewage. The refrigerator is in good clean condition and keeps things cold. Two new batteries have been installed that work with the slide outs.

The cabinets have been painted for a fresher look.
