2007 Lance 851, 8’8”. Purchased in 2013 in Phoenix, AZ. I am 2nd owner. It’s for a LONG BED (8’). Camper has been great, everything is functional. Includes Goldline cover, 80W solar panel ( w/ charger), 13,500Btu Coleman A/C, passenger side 8' awning with new fabric (Aug 2021), awning over door extends ~3', fantastic fan, carpet kit, 2 20lb propane tanks, 1 optima battery (room for 2 batteries). Dry weight is 3068lbs. but when loaded with water, propane, battery, food and gear, the weight is about 3900lbs. I haul it with a Ford F350 SRW Super Duty long bed with no problems. There is delamination on the nose cap due to water/heat? that was inspected by an rv body shop in Phoenix and determined not to be an issue (have documentation). The seams are all sealed and there is no evidence of leaks on interior.
