Well maintained older coach in good condition, runs great. Everything works except cruise control, just never had it looked at. New water heater, solid tires, rubber roof re-coated last year and has never leaked, all ceilings are flawless. Pride in ownership shows. I'm the 2nd owner, I have whatever records available from 1st owner and all records of service since we've owned it. Gelcoat shines, but the decals are a little old. I have new Dolphin graphics for the coach ($1300 cost) that I will include in the sale. Someone will find this to be a lovely coach for both RV w/hookup and dry camping. Selling because my wife won't drive it and have downsized to a class C. Take a look and make an offer.
