We have loved our time in this 5th wheel this past year! Our adventure is coming to a close and this RV is ready for the next. Our storage options are limited so we regret that it cannot be shown or inspected easily because we cannot hook it up to power and we don't have a generator. If you have a generator, then you can inspect it fully and will find that everything works.

We replaced the original window coverings (which were bulky and dark) and replaced them with sleek curtains (black out shades in the bedrooms). The walls were painted a soft gray and most cabinets painted white to make the place feel fresh and new. Bathrooms also painted.

Brand new bunk mattresses-very nice upgrade from originals (included with the RV but not pictured).

Replaced and upgraded tires May of 2021. (Goodyear Endurance ST E Grade)
New roof
Automatic awning works great.
AC throughout unit and extra AC in master bedroom
Electric fireplace with heater
Auto-level system works great too, although the buttons take some getting used to.
Double fridge for great cold storage.
Propane BBQ
Basement kitchen includes mini fridge, microwave, sink, and TV
Included: all sewer hoses (2) yellow chalks, (2) X-Chock Tire Locking Chocks

No laundry included, but can be installed.
Dining room tv needs replacing.
