As close to brand new as you can get—this fifth wheel has only been used twice. We purchased this 320MKS in January 2021, and it still has the factory warranty. Documentation shows this RV was constructed in December 2020. The only reason we are selling it is because of taking a new job which will not let us get away like we used to. A fifth wheel this nice should be enjoyed by those who have the time, not sit in a storage lot.
