We are an RV rental dealership in the SF Bay Area. This coach has been in a rental fleet since 2016 was rented mostly summers only thru the 2019 season. Since then it has not been rented at all and only barely used since then by the owner. We installed some new interior parts and have maintained the RV monthly. The owner has decided his RV days are over and now wishes to sell it rather then keep paying storage fees.

Everything is in great working order. The coach was purchased directly from the factory and all available factory options were installed including upgraded A/C, entertainment units in each bunk bed, forward drop-down bunk over the driver area, exterior flatscreen TV, auto-levelers, etc. Large (almost full-body) slideout significantly increases living space.

EXCELLENT family camping unit.at 30' its not too big to visit national/regional parks and yet has all the amenities of a luxury Class A RV!
