This RV Trailer is simply awesome. If you're looking for one where it's been gone-through and updated, then look no further than this single slide-out trailer with a great working awning. We re-did nearly everything during COVID and used it lightly as an office and at Malibu RV park. It's got solar powering the slide out and lights along with a solid Inverter for the sockets. The appliances work perfectly. AC blows super cold while the heater rocks too!!

Water system all works well as does the waste system. Comes with a large extra Black water dolly.

This unit is what's called a Pacific Northwestern" package which after some research, refers to a version more capable of being in the snow, while sustaining the heat inside. She drags straight, comes with a full anti-sway tow bar setup ($1,200 value) and mant other extra's i've collected. I have all the books and manuals for this baby.

Comes with a great 2-way fuel backup generator which is fantastic and simple to use. Apple TV setup for the screen etc. This unit is ready to rock for the right people.

I've personally gone through and completely updated the following and probably much more that i'm not listing:

Power system:
1. Renogy Solar 200W panels on roof
2. Bank of Batteries
3. Charge controller
4. Updated Inverter

Mechanical things we improved:
1. New Tires
2. Bearing re-packing
3. Front tongue jack
4. Leveling jacks
5. Generator purchase
6. Trailer Dolly mechanism
7. Re-cert Propane tanks (2 large ones)

Design stuff we improved inside:
1. Paint, Wallpaper and blinds throughout
2. Fabrics for couch and table
3. Toaster oven
4. Lighting throughout
5. Blankets

We essentially cleaned it up and set it up for the next 10 years of ownership! Right in-time for our kids to want a bigger one!!
