MAJOR Price REDUCTION of 10K !!!

In 2009 Our Excella was professionally renovaded by an Interior designer who wanted an on location home for his highend Hollywood house remodel jobs. It became a little New York Apartment on Wheels.
In the process the former owner gutted the original RV and installed a mostly new interior including all new electrics and appliances. He went through all the mechanics to make it a very safe roadworthy vehicle.

It even has a fire place. washer and dryer and a water treatment filtration system when you camp next to lakes.
We purchased the RV and did a couple of wonderfull camping trip all over California and Oregon. Overall the RV has been driven about 10.000 miles since its renovation.

It has been standing for 2 years now and it needs a couple of deferred maintenance items. The new owner needs to fix some delaminated veneer ( we have extra on board) and have the RV sealed. There is some small water damage in the roof lining . Aside from that everything works.
