THIS IS THE ONE!!!! One owner. This travel trailer is parked under a overhead awning year round. If you enjoy getting off the beaten path where shore power is not always available this rv trailer is for you. It comes equipped with two 190w roof mounted solar panels professionally installed by the dealer. It has two Battle born 100ah lithuim battery and a Go-power 2000 inverter also installed by dealer. Dealer installed SAE port accepts external aftermarket portable solar panels. This Lance Camper travel trailer gives you the most livable space by adding in three bunk beds which help in providing you with enough room to sleep seven people. This unit comes with a walk-around queen-size bed which is made possible because of the extra room that the single slide provides, and the three wardrobe compartments are so handy for storing all of your outdoor garments.
Each year this rv is inspected in order to stay compliant with the WarrantyForever.
Inspect roof and seal where necessary
* Inspect axles and hub, lube where necessary.
* Inspect furnace – clean blower and combustion chamber, control compartment, (remove any dust, lint, and obstructions) as necessary, test for gas line leaks.
* Inspect hot water heater – flush holding tank, manually operate pressure temperature relief valve, and clean burner tube (as outlined by the manufacturer), as necessary.
Repairs are required when advised to be done. This rv is in good shape and well taken care of. The only reason we are selling this travel trailer is because we have an opportunity to buy a small cabin in the mountains where we camp most of the time.
There are items that I would like to disclose:
1. One of the window shades in the bedroom area is missing but can easily put a curtain up.
2. The tires on the unit are the original tires. The average usage of this trailer is about 2 to 3 wks per year with a bit more on occasion.
3. Overhead fan in the bathroom needs replacement. (Bad Motor)
4. One of the two locks on the rear door needs to be replaced. Unable to open door from outside. But, door can be open and locked from the inside.
