This is a Fleetwood Westlake model tent trailer. We've made many amazing memories camping in this trailer. It has everything you'll need! The interior is in excellent condition and the exterior looks good, too. The trailer has plenty of room for 4 people to sleep in the king size beds. The table and seating area can also be converted into a bed to sleep one more. It includes a propane stove, heater, cassette toilet, shower, 3 way refrigerator, water heater, outdoor grill, outside shower, and electric brakes. Light bulbs have been replaced with LED bulbs. The tires are only a couple years old. The water pump for the cassette toilet no longer works so water has to be added to the toilet bowl for flushing. It was no biggie. We also suspect the refrigerator will not function if powered by the battery while traveling. We always cooled the fridge while connected to power or used propane while camping so that has never been a problem.
