I am in the Army and will be moving across the country. I no longer have a truck to pull this camper, so I am selling it in an RV park near Ft Huachuca, AZ. This is a pet-free and smoke-free camper. The attached video is not the actual camper, but it is identical. Mine has had some improvements inside (new curtains, fresh paint, etc.) but otherwise the same. Outside is identical (minus the awning).

Will consider any price.

1) When folded down, this camper is 23 feet long including the hitch. When opened, it is 27 feet including the hitch. It has one queen bed, one double bed, and one queen-size fold-out couch.
2) Tires have 2,000 miles on them and were replaced last year. Bearings were packed at the same time.
3) 30AMP AC/DC converter was replaced last year and works perfectly. All lights/electronics work well.
4) Air conditioner, propane furnace, refrigerator, water heater, stove, microwave, stereo, and ventilation fans work very well.
5) No leaks or any other known issues with the integrity of the camper. It pulled from Alabama to Arizona no problem.
6) Very clean exterior and interior. Inside roof and metal walls have been painted bright white in the past year using premium Benjamin Moore paint. Original woodwork has been left unpainted.
7) New curtains throughout.
8) Bathroom sink, faucet, and shower faucet were replaced in the past year.
9) The front bed (double bed) has a scorched place from an iron that was left on it.
10) The bumper has a small damaged place on one side. See photo.
