This can also be converted easily into a video studio, mobile gaming headquarters, or anything of the sort. It has been fully soundproofed with high-quality studio foam, the 2nd bathroom has never been used and has been converted to a vocal booth. This can easily be reverted back to a bathroom. The whole studio in the back was put in with an easy removal process in mind. Everything can be easily disassembled in the back to turn it into a regular venom toy hauler. The whole recording studio can be negotiated to be included or not, it's your choice.
