New Lippert power tongue jack, 2” receiver for bike rack, outdoor shower, all windows upgraded to emergency latches so windows open wide, huge, easy awning. New roof (scraped a tree last year). 2 6V and 1 12V batteries on bumper for easy solar set-up and extended boondocking. 

Inside there is a 6’ cubic refrigerator with separate freezer, 2 burner stove with custom cover, a cold 5k BTU AC, thermostatically  controlled propane heater, queen bed with clean mattress  (had a topper on it), a fantastic fan , new Shureflo water pump, all LED lights, toilet, sink and separate shower, recliner chair and folding table- room for another recliner with TV tray, vinyl floors, cable ready, USB and car lighter ports over table, vinyl flooring, CLEAN tanks, new bathroom vent cover. 

This sweet Trailer, named Ida,  is ready to roll. 
I am selling only because I have settled into a large trailer on land.
