The Bounder is truly the superior motorhome. This newly renovated motorhome has on board and off board propane, residential refrigerator, and comes with everything new timers would typically have to invest in post purchase (heated and summer hoses, filters, hose splitter, pressure regulator, off board propane tanks and connectors, tow hitch, breaker bar and sockets for changing tires that hopefully you'll never need but be glad you have if you doetc.) There is also a new washer and spin dryer. The construction of the bounder has more thought than most with enclosed holding tanks so that if you find yourself in freezing temperatures in the winter the heat running through the floors also heats the holding tanks so that nothing freezes and functions properly. The awning is huge and is in mint condition. We've traveled from the east coast to the west coast and seen temperatures from -12 to 115. This rig runs superbly going through mountains while towing a car to boondocking in triple digits running both A/C units off the generator all day. There is full maintenance history with regular maintenance done recently (new interstate battery, and fluids changed) this bounder is ready for anyone wanting to full time it and or take that step outside and travel the continent! Only things wrong are the tires are old so I recommend putting new ones on the front at least, and when we had the brakes worked on the mechanic I believe didn't flip of the sensor on the dash for abs/parking brake which we drove from colorado to cali with that sensor triggered with no issues.
