This is a clean and well maintained Lazy Daze 26.5 with Rear Bath floorplan (very spacious layout for its size). Ready to drive across the country with the following repairs and maintenance having been done very recently:

• Recent Michelin tires all around
• Recent shocks
• Recent brake pads, rotors and calipers
• Transmission was replaced with a remanufactured unit
• Replaced exhaust manifold (a common problem with these otherwise very reliable Ford engines)
• New refrigerator (direct replacement matches the original design)

Issues:

• There is an area of rotted plywood on the interior wall panel behind the pull-out sofa. The area is right below the large window behind the sofa. The window was replaced with a new unit by the previous owner, and the leak was fixed. However the resultant wood rot was not replaced. There was no mold or mildew, and the area is completely dry. This wall piece could be addressed and repaired, or it could be left as-is and the RV enjoyed as there is no further issue.
• The microwave does not work.
• The rear ceiling vent fan makes a squeaking noise while running.
• Passenger side step into the front cab has a loose mounting bracket.
• There are other minor imperfections commensurate with a vehicle of its age, but nothing preventing the RV from being used and enjoyed thoroughly as-is.

This is a solid and comfortable machine for cross-country travel. It is in good condition, especially for its age. Very large water and holding tank capacity, I believe the specs are 58 gallons fresh, 30+ gray, 25+ black tank. Great for boondocking/off-grid camping. Lazy Daze Class Cs are full aluminum shell and built with quality components and real attention to detail, they are not your average Class C. I have lowered the asking price to account for the issues mentioned above, and I think it is a lot of RV for the money. Several expensive repairs and maintenance items were recently done. The price is negotiable, and I think someone will be very happy with this RV.
