We are selling our 2021 Grand Design Imagine 2250RK (Rear Kitchen). This is a popular model not being manufactured anymore. Before you read about the specifications, this RV was purchased in September 2020 we have had absolutely no problems with it and it has been meticulously cared for:

• When not in use it has been parked in a shady area and is always connected to a 30-amp service. This has always allowed us to keep the Air Conditioning on. Living in the Florida panhandle, it has prevented any wear and tear due to heating and humidity.


• When the temperature dropped below 40, we turned the heat on.


• Off the road the slide and awning are always pulled in, tires are covered, trailer is leveled, and all water and sewer tanks are drained.


• We keep a dehumidifier running all year round.


• We have insect covers on the furnace, heater and refrigerator ducts.


• We do not exceed the maximum rated speed on the tires, drive on paved roads and have never boondocked. The tire pressure is checked before each drive and the lug nuts are torqued regularly. We monitor tire temperature and pressure with a TPMS.


• The trailer is always connected with a surge protector to shore power. We have never really used the battery to provide power to the RV.


• We use different hoses for fresh water and for cleaning and filling the gray and black tanks. We add gray and black tank chemicals regularly. We have kept it clean inside and outside.

The specifications are GVWR 7,495 lbs, length 27' 11" and height 11'. The unit has the larger refrigerator without the dog food and water dish drawer. We think the size of the shower is amazing and the self cleaning shower door fantastic! We have heated, massaging, reclining theater seats. Two (2) people can sleep on them. We’ve also put an air mattress between the seats and the fireplace which worked very well! We love the outside lighting and the huge basement. The connection hub inside the basement is a great feature
