This travel trailer is in good condition. Sleeps 2 to 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 smaller children. Has one side popout enlarging the front living and kitchen area. We are the second owner and used it for only one month on our property as a temporary place for a relative to live in, unfortunately it did not workout and thus we have no need for the trailer. Never actually drove it anywhere. Has a 30,000 btu Airconditioner, has a nice awning across the entire trailer, dual propane tanks, and all black and gray water drainage hoses. Refrigerator freezer
